Pants and Leggings

Why. This is what I think when a girl is wearing leggings and bright underwear. Do they not understand or know that everyone can see there underwear through the legging fabric? It makes you look like someone that either has no mirror in the house or you want everyone to see your ass in bright pink pants while your walking. Cheap and tacky. If your going to dress like this then go to a street corner or alley, I'm sure this look will be appreciated there. If you are going to wear leggings then at least wear the same colour pants as the leggings please.
